LOSTBOYCROW Taps Jillian Rossi For New Single “Dark Comedy Magic”

June 21, 2024 BY Bailey Vigliaturo

Los Angeles alt-pop artist Lostboycrow tapped rising pop artist Jillian Rossi to collaborate with him on his new anthemic duet, “Dark Comedy Magic.” Written to be a dystopian folk love song, Lostboycrow explains, “I wanted to make something that would sound good as a duet. The cinematic theme felt like the perfect backdrop for the back and forth nature of that journey. Jillian is such a talented vocalist and lyricist, it was fun to get her in the studio and see what she would naturally do.”

Jillian adds, “I’m so excited about this song! Shortly after I met Lostboycrow through mutual friends in 2022, I went to his show in LA and fell in love with his music. We started working together and he soon asked if I wanted to hop on this single with him. Once I heard it, I knew there was something special about it. My whole family loved it after I showed it to them and have constantly asked when it was being released. 2 years later and here we are!”
