WRABEL Introduces A Bold New Era With “future”

Acclaimed singer-songwriter WRABEL launches a powerful new chapter today with the release of “future.” Marking a milestone in his career, it’s the first song he’s ever co-produced, alongside longtime friend and collaborator Austin Ward, with additional production and final mixing by Damian Taylor—renowned for his work with Björk, Frou Frou, The Prodigy, The Temper Trap, Arcade Fire, and more.
Written at his coffee table, “future” sets the tone—both sonically and thematically—for WRABEL’s forthcoming project. “‘future’ is the first song of mine I’ve ever co-produced, inspired by my first and forever inspirations like Aqualung and Coldplay. It started the sonic and thematic world of my upcoming project. It’s a call to myself and to the listener to look up and to look forward. It’s too easy to carry past hurt and heartbreak into the present and future tense. It’s a realization that everything I’ve done – good and bad – right and wrong – has led me here, to the love I have found,” says WRABEL.
