WILD Shares Puptastic Video; Announce Fall Tour With The Spill Canvas

August 25, 2017 BY Nettwerk

Los Angeles trio WILD is excited to share a new video for their latest track, “All My Life.” The clip was premiered via Substream Magazine yesterday. The band and director Michael Dispenza worked with the North Hollywood, CA animal shelter BirdHouse/DogHouse to create the video which features recently adopted dog Layla as well as few other pups who were also saved from the streets of Tijuana by the rescue.

WATCH (& SHARE) THE VIDEO FOR “ALL MY LIFE” NOW:

WILD says of the video, “We want the song to be more than just a love song in the typical sense. We want it to be a love song for any relationship in our lives. A mother and a son, a father and his daughter, a boy and his dog, etc. We also saw it as a great opportunity to spread the word about animal shelters and hope to get more animals rescued from these places. They are usually non-profit and work long hours just to stay open and save these animals from the streets. Jonathan at Dog House & Bird House in North Hollywood personally travels around the country and to Tijuana (where Layla was found) and saves dogs from the streets and brings them to his shelter until they are ready to be adopted. Making the video was a lot of fun because we just got to hang around these great animals all day and some great people as well.”

The band also recently announced that they will be joining The Spill Canvas for their No Really, I’m Fine 10th-anniversary tour this fall (complete list of dates below). The tour launches Salt Lake City, UT on November 27th and will include stops in Nashville, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Austin, San Francisco and more before wrapping up on December 19th in Madison, WI.

WILD is comprised of Lauren Luiz (vocals), Tyler Thompson (producer/bass) and Zach Daegatano (guitar/vocals). Their first single “Vagabond,” which they independently released, has over 4 million streams. The song caught the attention of Mark Jowett, one of the founders of Nettwerk, who promptly signed them earlier this year. To date, WILD has over 244,000 listeners a month and over 10 million combined streams on Spotify alone. In 2017, they played several SXSW showcases as well as performed on the Main Stage at Bottlerock Festival in Napa, CA. They are currently working with several multi-platinum writers including David Hodges (Christina Perri, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban) and Shep Goodman (MisterWives, Ingrid Michaelson) on their upcoming debut full-length album.
