Wes Period Unveils New Video For “Wutda Hell”; West Coast Tour Dates Announced

West coast artist and producer Wes Period has garnered critical acclaim for his videos and he now unveils his latest single and video for “Wutda Hell.” The video premeired on Paper Magazine.com, who said, “Wes Period’s colorful ‘Wutda Hell’ video is a vibe and a half.”

 

“The fast rising rap-pop star hybrid,” according to Billboard has garnered attention for his catchy songs and vivid imagery, which ultimately caught the attention of Justin Tranter (Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Imagine Dragons, Halsey), who quickly signed Period to Tranter’s record label, Facet Records. This track is a prelude to his forthcoming debut project, due February 17.

Period’s prior releases include the catchy “Trap Star,” dubbed a “masterpiece of internet art” by High Snobiety and “Big Bag,” which went on to become the theme song for “Ball in the Family,” the reality seried based around the life of LA Laker’s point guard, Lonzo Ball.

Beginning February 8, Period will join Bay Area rapper Marty Grimes on tour across the west coast. (dates below)
