“With ‘This Is Not The End’, MILCK joins the chorus of uplifted voices, adding anthemic ballads to a growing list of modern protest songs.” – NPR’S “FIRST LISTEN”

Today, Atlantic Records singer/songwriter and artist fueled by social change, MILCK has released  her eagerly awaited debut EP “This Is Not The End,” available via all digital music retailers and streaming services HERE.

Earlier today, MILCK performed her moving viral anthem “Quiet,” on The Today Show. Watch the performance below. The new studio recording of “Quiet,” was released in November as MILCK’s “musical #METOO” (read MILCK’s touching letter to her fans HERE). Inspired by the song’s impact on the oppressed and survivors of all races, creeds, and colors around the globe since its initial release in January 2017, “Quiet” is available now at all DSPs while the powerful companion video can be viewed on MILCK’s official YouTube channel. “Quiet” became widely known as the unofficial anthem of last year’s historic Women’s March On Washington and was recently featured as #1 on Billboard’s “The 20 Best Protest Songs of 2017” in addition to being featured as one of the year’s most influential songs in NPR’s “Year In Music 2017” feature. Also launching today via Great Big Story, is an inspiring profile feature that showcases MILCK’s journey this past year, especially highlighting “Quiet” and its worldwide influence. Watch the video feature HERE.

MILCK’s EP release is joined by the unveiling of the visual for the recently released empowering title track, which features MILCK’s longtime friend, the professional dancer and actor Kylie Shea, and can be viewed on MILCK’s official YouTubechannel HERE.

“The concept of this video came to me in a series of visions that flashed across my mind over the course of a few days,” MILCK writes to fans via Instagram. “The first visions were that of ravens soaring. I looked up the meaning of ravens afterwards, and learned that ravens are viewed as symbols of metamorphosis, change, and transformation in Native American cultures. I decided that ravens would be a perfect motif in this music video, because they are able to express my desire for humanity to change, transform, and evolve towards a higher existence- one of peace, integrity, and love.”

This afternoon, in partnership with YouTube, MILCK will celebrate the release of her debut EP with a special performance and 2018 Women’s Marches Kick-Off Panel which will feature a discussion with MILCK, Katherine Siemionko, (Women’s March Alliance), Rebecca Minkoff (Designer, Activist), Krista Suh (The Pussyhat Project), Ting Ting Cheng (March On), moderated by Muslim Girl Magazine’s Amani Al-Khatahtbeh. The event will be livestreamed directly from YouTube Space NY and can be viewed on Atlantic Records’ official YouTube channel beginning at 3:30PM EST

Tomorrow, after a year of global impact made by “Quiet,” MILCK will continue to play an active role in the all-important Women’s March Movement by partnering with the nonprofit organization, Women’s March Alliance, to perform “Quiet” during the Women’s March on New York City. MILCK is scheduled to perform around 12:30 PM immediately following Whoopi Goldberg’s speech. MILCK has also partnered with The Federation, an unprecedented coalition of artists, organizations, and allies formed to keep cultural borders open and show how art unites us, for Art Action Day, a free and open sing-along and self-love workshop taking place in the lobby of the historic Public Theater from 3-4 PM directly following the Women’s March. On Saturday, January 27th, MILCK will perform at the Human Rights Campaign’s Austin 2018 Gala Dinner and Auction, which will bring together over 700 HRC members, friends, family and allies for an evening of celebration and inspiration.

Back in November, MILCK hit the road with Ani DiFranco for a string of select North American support dates. Next month, the powerful live performer will join the Australian indie pop singer-songwriter Amy Shark on tour beginning Tuesday, February 20th in Los Angeles, CA and culminating on Wednesday, March 14th in Boston, MA (see below itinerary).
