Tom Speight Shares New Single “Aftermath” with Lydia Clowes

June 2, 2023 BY Jason Currell

London-based melodic storyteller Tom Speight has today share a brand new single ‘Aftermath’.  The song is one to both pull at heartstrings and inspire smiles. A dreamy take on Tom’s familiar acoustic based songwriting; bringing in pop elements with synths and echoing backing vocals. ‘Aftermath’ is a prime example of Tom’s natural evolution as an artist and a writer. Once again featuring musician and long-time collaborator Lydia Clowes, the song becomes a moving duet.

Talking about the recording of ‘Aftermath’, Tom had this to say: “‘Aftermath’ has my favourite production on the album! Recorded at RAK Studio it’s dreamy and rich with its sonic palette. Lydia’s vocals create this beautiful angelic dynamic whilst delivering an heartbreaking sentiment.”
