The Ballroom Thieves Share “Shine”; Listen Here

New England sweethearts The Ballroom Thieves – Calin “Callie” Peters (vocals, cello, bass), Martin Earley (vocals, guitar) – deliver lush harmonies on their newest single, “Shine” (out now via Nettwerk Records).
Produced and mixed by Jerry Streeter, the song features the duo’s signature, dynamic harmonies atop crisp guitar work, and thoughtful lyrics. In the band’s words, “’Shine’ is an ode to the road and the hazy feeling of spending sleepless night after sleepless night in different hotel rooms. They all start looking the same after a while, and you lose track of where you are in the country, and eventually, you get so tired that you start to question if you’re even alive at all. Maybe you’re just some ghost floating along the highway through another dead-end town?”
It’s their unique brand of powerful and harmonious music, while never shying away from topics and ideas they are passionate about, that has charmed fans around the country. Their catalog has amassed over 90+ million streams, garnered key support from the press (Rolling Stone, NPR Music, The Washington Post, American Songwriter, Consequence Of Sound, Paste) and radio (WBUR, WGBH, WETS, WMOT, Maine Public Radio, WCLX, WCLZ), and gained a loyal live following, with sold-out shows and festival spots at Boston Calling, Newport Folk, and Calgary Folk.
“Shine” follows recently released tracks “Borderline,” “I’m Around (feat. Ariel Posen)” and “Woman (feat. Lady Lamb).”
