SYML’s EP ‘In My Body’ Out Now; Additional U.S. Tour Dates Added

SYML released In My Body, the follow up EP to his debut Hurt For Me EP, this past Friday (January 12th). The EP features his new single, “Wildfire,” along with his viral hit, “Where’s My Love,” which just passed 100 million combined streams. Both EPs are available now as a special double EP physical package called The Hurt EPs.

SYML is also excited to announce additional North American dates in March to follow his UK/European “Where’s My Love” tour in February. The run will take him down the west coast and includes a hometown show in Seattle, stops in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and showcases at SXSW. Prior to heading overseas, SYML will have an EP release show in New York City on January 25th at Rockwood Music Hall (Stage 2), as well as a handful of other Northeast dates, including ALT 92.1 Snow Show (Wilkes-Barre, PA) and 104.5 Winter Jawn (Philadelphia, PA). From his basement recording studio in the small town of Issaquah, WA outside Seattle, Brian Fennell began to write and record songs under the name SYML, which means simple in Welsh. Adopted and not knowing his history or connection to his Welsh roots, many of these songs are influenced by the complex feelings that come from unknown lineage.
