Stu Larsen Announces North American Tour

“Vagabond is a Kerouac-esque, declaration of living in the moment, because tomorrow there’s a bag to pack, a car to gas up, and an unknown, cash-strapped highway to explore.” – Baeble
“…wind-blown folk songs…See him now before he blows up” – Seattle Weekly
Australian singer-songwriter Stu Larsen announced his return to North America for a headlining tour this spring. The run will launch on April 20 in Vancouver, Canada and will bring Stu across the continent before it wraps up on May 10 in Atlanta, GA. Sharing the stage with Larsen will be Japanese harmonica genius Natsuki Kurai. Stu first met Natsuki Kurai by chance in a little venue in Tokyo four years ago. This was the start of a special friendship, which has seen them play shows across Europe, Australia and Japan together. The duo are excited to play together again in April. See below for a complete list of dates.
Stu Larsen released his debut full-length album, Vagabond, on July 15, 2014 via Nettwerk Records. The album was recorded at Sydney’s esteemed Linear Studios and was co-produced by Chris Vallejo and friend/label-mate Mike Rosenberg (aka Passenger). It was only a few years ago that Stu left his small town Australia and embraced a life as a vagabond taking opportunities as they came. Since then he has been touring, recording, driving friends tour vans and pretty much anything else that allows him to continue his travels. In 2014, Larsen spent the bulk of the year touring the globe as a headliner in support of his aptly named debut and as the opener for Multi-Platinum singer Passenger’s sold-out worldwide tour.
