Salt Tree Announce October 2024 Australian Headline Tour; Release New Single “Dreaming Of A Future”

Western Australian folk duo Salt Tree will take over Australian stages this October and November for a run of capital city and regional tour dates across the country.
The tour comes off the back of their signing to Nettwerk Music Group, recent run of European shows supporting Canadian four-piece Jon and Roy, and their first original music for 2024 “Follow Me In The Ocean”, out now via Nettwerk. Alongside the tour news, Salt Tree also release their second new track for the year, “Dreaming Of A Future”. You can listen to the single HERE.

Salt Tree were born where the forest meets the sea. Keen surfers and nature lovers, Tom and Nath have a unique chemistry which can be heard in their songwriting, soaring harmonies, and opposing personalities.
Their latest release follows on from three EPs – Out of the Water (2022), Find Our Way (2023), and Folk Covers (2024) – which have amassed over 800k monthly listeners and 40 million streams, and given the pair a global audience through their live supports for fellow acoustic crooners Jon & Roy and Ziggy Alberts. New single “Dreaming Of A Future” sees the band reflecting on their past selves. Of the track, the duo says, “‘Dreaming of a Future’ is about thinking back to decisions you’ve made which may not have been the best. It takes that negativity, the bad habits, but looks to a better future with the person you love.”
The duo’s upcoming Australian tour dates this October follow Salt Tree’s recent sold-out tour supporting Canadian four-piece Jon and Roy taking in stops including Cologne, Hamburg, Munich, Zurich, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and London. This November, they’ll return to many of the same European cities with more music and stories to share.
On their upcoming tour, Salt Tree says, “This will be our biggest Australian tour yet – after ripping through our first debut Australian tour last year. We are excited to go to some new places and have a bunch of new songs we’re keen to share.”
