April 4, 2017 BY Nettwerk

Indie rock band Run River North announce they will be joining LA’s Rooney on the road, following their previously announced spring dates and festival performances.

The band will be in Kansas City for the Middle Of The Map music festival on May 5th, alongside a diverse lineup that includes headliners De La Soul, Talib Kweli and Jason Isbell.  On Saturday, May 13, the band will join The XX and X Ambassadors at Atlanta’s biggest summer music festival, Shaky Knees (time TBA).  Also, on Saturday, May 27 the band will be in Napa Valley, CA for a performance at the sold out Bottlerock Napa Valley Music & Wine Festival (time TBA).

Earlier this month, the band stopped at SXSW 2017 for several showcases, including Whole Foods Southwest Invasion 2017 and SXSW’s first official Asian American showcase produced by Kollaboration.  The band sat down with NPR’s ‘All Things Considered’ to discuss SXSW, their album and more.  Listen here.
