Ben Cooper, aka Radical Face, has unveiled a new music video for “The Mute,” which premiered on USA Today yesterday. Originally from his latest album The Family Tree: The Branches, “The Mute” is currently featured in the official trailer of the upcoming Zach Braff film Wish I Was Here, as well as on the film’s soundtrack, Wish I Was Here – Music From The Motion Picture (available July 15). The soundtrack features music hand-picked by Braff, including exclusive new songs from Bon Iver and Cat Power + Coldplay, in addition to tracks from The Head and the Heart and Hozier.

As with past Radical Face videos, “The Mute” video was conceived, directed and produced by Ben with the help of only his family and friends. The result is a compelling and emotional journey for the viewer. Radical Face is currently working on the last installment of his The Family Tree trilogy, and will play a handful of dates in Europe this November. Stay tuned for more news from Radical Face.
