May 31, 2017 BY Nettwerk

“There’s a sense of Southern gothic at work in the music of Old Sea Brigade… engrossing, enthralling fare.” – Clash Music

“Ben Cramer’s voice is chief protagonist, his warming lyrics feeling the central character at the centre of it all.” – Gold Flake Paint

Atlanta-born, Nashville-based singer-songwriter Ben Cramer, aka Old Sea Brigade, has shared another sumptuous and tender new track. Listen to “Cover My Own” below:

Old Sea Brigade released his debut, self-titled EP last year, featuring standout track “Love Brought Weight,” which has nearly 6 million streams on Spotify alone. 2017 has already been very busy for Cramer; Earlier this year in January saw the release of his second EP entitled “Wash Me Away,” and in the following month saw him embark on his first ever European tour, supporting the acclaimed Portland trio Joseph and playing in front of many sell out shows, such as the Union Chapel in London.

Old Sea Brigade will be supporting John Paul White on two U.S. dates next month before returning to Europe for select festival appearances, as well as a planned UK tour (detaiils to follow). List of dates so far below with more to be announced over the coming months.
