NW1 Writer/Producer Mike James Adds Another Title To His Job Description – Artist!

Long renowned for his work behind the scenes, Nettwerk One (NW1) topliner/writer/producer Mike James has recently taken control of both the production and performing jobs and the result is making a big impact. Already in demand for his lyrics, melodies and production skills, Mike is making his biggest mark yet – this time as an Artist.
Recently, Mike teamed up with star Belgian DJ/producer Yves V and created the fantastic single “The Right Time” (known by millions of EDM fans all over the world as the opening track of the 2014 TomorrowWorld Aftermovie). The track was released on Smash The House (the boutique label belonging to the current #2 DJ’s in the world, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike) and has steadily climbed charts all over the world since its debut, peaking at #2 on the iTunes Dance Chart in Japan.
Building off this success, Mike has just released the new cut “Prisoner” with Dutch duo Disfunktion (Armada) and was the voice of the 2015 theme song for Electric Love, Austria’s biggest electronic music festival. Listen for Mike’s voice on upcoming releases by Japanese artists The PBJ (Village Again), and Norwegian trance powerhouse Orjan Nilsen (Armada).
