Nettwerk’s The Holiday Place Presents ‘Sleigh’: A 22 Song Holiday Compilation

Nettwerk is celebrating a quarter-century of spreading holiday cheer with the release of Sleigh: a new compilation of 22 songs that embody the spirit of the festive season. Sleigh will reside under The Holiday Place, Nettwerk’s new home for the holidays, where listeners can find their perfect seasonal soundtrack.
Consisting of newly recorded covers and originals, as well as a few favorites from years past, Sleigh celebrates the sonic diversity of the Nettwerk roster that traverses many genres, including indie pop (Landon Conrath covering a Billy Squier MTV 80’s classic), alternative jazz (Braxton Cook’s take on the Peanuts essential “Christmas Time Is Here”), indie folk (Humbird “Greensleeves”), singer-songwriter (Oliver Hazard “Winter Wonderland”, Lucy Gaffney “Next Year”), and lo-fi/chill-hop (Fletcher Reed & Mree’s study mix rework of “Silver and Gold”, PANTōNE VU’s “Rudolph Red”). It also features the sounds of Portair, Woodes, Flower Face, Beta Radio, Bre Kennedy, dee holt, Bestfriend, Rosie Darling, Freyr, Tom Speight, Martin Kerr, Rose Cousins, The East Pointers, and The Collection.
