Singer/songwriter Lily Kershaw shares new single “Living Room Parties,” a somber, piano-driven ballad that reflects on the past and embraces the present. The LA-native set the stage for her upcoming album (details forthcoming) this fall with lead single “Depreshmode,” a wistful and witty dive into her personal experience with prolonged depression. She continues to explore that theme with “Living Room Parties,” available everywhere HERE

“’Living Room Parties’ looks at a time in my life when I was incapacitated by depression,” shares Lily. “I was at a friend’s house party and couldn’t be present or feel any emotion. Back then never felt safe, so to speak, always looking for physical and social exits in social situations. Years later, I can enjoy the simple beauty of a living room party. I am literally learning how to live in a way that I didn’t really know how to in my 20s.”

Lily released her debut album Midnight In The Garden in 2013, featuring break-out single “As It Seems.” The album scored millions of streams and critical acclaim as she landed syncs on Criminal MindsGrey’s AnatomyFinding Carter, and more. She followed it up her 2018 EP Lost Angeles and her 2021 sophomore album Arcadia, which received acclaim from Nylon, American Songwriter, Vulture, Earmilk, Refinery29, and more. Along the way, Lily cut her teeth on tours alongside Radical Face, Mason Jennings, The Weepies and Joshua Radin, to name a few, and today has amassed more than 80 million streams.
