Canadian Singer-Songwriter JOSHUA HYSLOP Shares New EP ‘Cedar’
January 27, 2022 BY Jason Currell
Tomorrow, Vancouver-based singer-songwriter Joshua Hyslop shares his new EP, Cedar. Pushing his limits as a songwriter, he explains, “This collection of songs was a stretch for me. I wanted to try my hand at some different styles while still staying true to my voice. Getting to work with John Raham again was a pleasure and was definitely a part of what helped me achieve that goal.”

Cedar follows his 2021 EP, Pines, and is the latest body of work in his extensive catalog that includes four full-length albums: Ash & Stone [2020], Where The Mountain Meets the Valley [2012], In Deepest Blue [2015], and Echos [2018]. Hyslop has accumulated over 280 Million streams worldwide and has carved out an impressive diehard fan base with praise from the likes of American Songwriter, Earmilk, NPR, Exclaim!, and many more.
Up next, Josh will be returning to Europe in March for a tour supporting Canadian indie-folk band Jon and Roy. See all dates below.
