Bre Kennedy Announces Debut Headline Tour; Shares New Single “Meantime”

Singer, songwriter, and producer Bre Kennedy is excited to announce her fall headline tour, starting on September 28th at Eddie’s Attic in Atlanta and making stops in D.C. at DC9, Chicago at Schubas, Philadelphia at World Cafe Live, New York at Mercury Lounge and more before wrapping up in Boston at Deep Cuts on October 15th. Bre is celebrating the tour announcement with the release of buoyant, mid-tempo love song, “Meantime.” With her heart on her sleeve, it’s a beautiful, authentic ode to loving others by taking care of yourself first. “This is a song to someone you love in a time of change and growth to say ‘I know things are hard right now but in the meantime I still love you. It’s about learning to fully show up for yourself in order to be able to show up for someone else. ‘Me loving me is loving you,’” shares Bre.

“Meantime” will be featured on Bre’s upcoming release, Scream Over Everything (Side A), out on July 28th via Nettwerk. The California-bred, Nashville-based artist discloses her innermost thoughts, fears and dreams with a novelist’s attention-to-detail and these new songs, which are part of a larger body of music coming later this year. It also includes previous singles “Navigating” and “Retrospect,” which Bre recently performed gorgeous live acoustic renditions of for Taylor Guitars.
