Bosnian Producer Vindu Signs with Nettwerk, Shares “Sakura Temple” Single

February 10, 2023 BY Jason Currell

Nettwerk is thrilled to announce the signing of lofi producer Vindu. Currently living in Spain by way of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Vindu joins Nettwerk’s growing roster of instrumental artists that includes Oatmello, Nathan Kawanishi, Mr. Käfer, Phlocalyst, frumhere and others

Today, Vindu shares a tranquil and meditative track entitled “Sakura Temple,” the introductory single from his forthcoming EP (details TBD). “Sakura” is Japanese for “cherry blossom,” and the cover art depicts exactly that, a remote Japanese shrine surrounded by vibrant cherry blossom trees. The track begins with the chirping of birds and segues into a dancing harp sample underscored with bass, cello and flute. It’s a track that can motivate those who study to lofi to go the extra mile on their preparation.

“An instrumental beat lost in time and space,” shares Vindu, “it feels like taking a trip to somewhere comfortable yet far away.”

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY:
Atmospheric producer Vindu started making music at the age of 16 and has since captured millions of listeners. With an artist name that comes from the Star Wars character “Mace Windu” (real ones know), his sound is full of moods and emotions and spatial bliss. Like spa music with bass. Like a drum kit in a dojo. First producing melodic/progressive house music and then evolving to synthwave, the Spain-based artist (by way of Bosnia and Herzegovina) eventually found his sound in the lofi, chill beats space. All this history and yet his musical journey is just beginning…
