NEIL FRANCES
NEIL FRANCES is a Los Angeles-based alternative pop music duo making music with soul that you can dance to and believe in. Sydney-born Jordan Feller and Southern California native Marc Gilfry met in 2012 and formed the group in 2016, having both relocated to LA from London and New York, respectively, in pursuit of new projects. With Gilfry’s inherent knack for hooks and melodies and Feller’s encyclopedic sonic recall ability and vast knowledge of production, the pair hit it off and began to develop their brand of beat-driven pop ear worms infused with a more organic warmth than most modern electronic dance music.
NEIL FRANCES first gained global attention when their cover of Stardust’s “Music Sounds Better With You” went viral, earning Platinum Certification in Australia and Gold in Canada. They released their debut album, There Is No Neil Frances, in 2022 with collaborations from Poolside, Benny Sings, and Grae, and followed up with their sophomore record, It’s All A Bit Fuzzy, with collaborations with DRAMA, St. Panther, Paw Paw Rod, and Dreamcastmoe in the fall of 2023. The record was supported by the likes of KCRW, BBC6, Travis Mills, Flaunt, Grammy, This Song Is Sick, SPIN, Rolling Stone, and NME. They have opened for acts like Rüfüs Du Sol, Jungle, Odesza, Empire Of The Sun, SG Lewis, and Unknown Mortal Orchestra, and have evolved into a staple in the festival circuit, having graced the stages of almost every renowned North American festival and venue, including appearances at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Red Rocks, The Hollywood Bowl, and Bonnaroo.
