Naptunes is the exciting new instrumental project consisting of two talented producers working together on opposite sides of the globe. The duo is made up of veteran Grammy-nominated multi-platinum beatmaker Shuko and new up-and-coming lofi producer Ornithology (aka SCayos). Trading instruments and production duties with each track, the two have provided a series of laid-back lofi beats. Jazzy, boom-bap, and forever smooth. Equally inspired by Dilla and Pharrell. With their debut self-titled EP around the corner, and another EP (Sleepwalking) on the way, Naptunes is already feeling like a dynamic duo. Like the golden era of hip-hop is back.
