Indie Folk Trio Oliver Hazard Unveils ‘Raindrop River’ Album

Today, indie-folk trio Oliver Hazard releases their Raindrop River album. Produced by Jacquire King (Kings of Leon, Zach Bryan), the band continues to showcase their knack for authentic, melodic songwriting and harmony-driven sound. “Our third album, Raindrop River, feels like a bridge between who we were and who we’re becoming. It carries the raw, unpolished spirit of our first records while letting in the light of everything we’ve learned along the way. Produced by our friend Jacquire King, it captures that mix of past and present in a way that feels just right…and we’re so ready for you to hear what’s coming next,” states Oliver Hazard.
While some musicians are scheming to go viral, Oliver Hazard – Mike Belazis (frontman, guitars), Devin East (guitars) and Nate Miner (keys) – have been thriving the old-fashioned way: climbing into a van, traversing a tangle of Interstates, and winning over fans one city at a time. At the start of their career, the band created a Living Room Tour, where one fan would host the band and invite over some friends. Since then, Oliver Hazard has headlined their own national tour, created the Oliver Hazard Day festival in their hometown of Waterville, OH, played Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits, and amassed nearly 850K Spotify monthly listeners. Thus far, the group has released a pair of albums (34 N. River, Oliver Hazard) and two EPs (The Flood, Northern Lights). With the Raindrop River album release, Oliver Hazard continues to showcase their unrelenting charm.

After having wrapped their most successful Oliver Hazard Day festival to-date, which saw August 16th being officially proclaimed Oliver Hazard Day on the Northwest Ohio calendar, Oliver Hazard are gearing up to hit the road for a handful of co-headline shows with The Last Revel, Michigander and Susto starting October 8th in Englewood, CO and wrapping on November 8th, in Nashville, TN.
