May 16, 2025 BY Emma Orland
Today, Nashville-based pop-rock trio Arrows in Action are thrilled to release side A of the I Think I’ve Been Here Before album, with more details about side B coming soon. Produced by longtime collaborator Dan Swank (All Time Low, Charlotte Sands, Pale Waves), side A radiates lightheartedness and positivity, while the band looks back on their whirlwind journey since formation in 2017. Listen HERE.
“Side A of ‘I Think I’ve Been Here Before’ is a windows down, volume up, reignition of an old flame.
The first half of this album is full of new sounds and styles for us as a band. Creating these 6 songs was a catharsis that had us dancing like no one was watching. We hope it’s the same for anyone listening,” shares the band.
With two independent, critically acclaimed releases —Be More (2021) and Built to Last (2023)—under their belt, Arrows in Action, which consists of Victor Viramontes-Pattison (Vocals, Guitar), Matthew Fowler (Guitar), and Jesse Frimmel (Drums), have amassed a legion of die-hard fans captivated by their infectious music, charismatic stage presence, and ability to fuse razor-sharp pop hooks with sincere, evocative performances. They’ve racked up millions of streams and experienced countless viral moments on social media—most recently with “Cheekbones” off side B of I Think I’ve Been Here Before, which amassed over 500K streams in its first week of release. The band have gone on to embark on several successful headline and support tours. Topping it off, the new music has garnered support from the likes of Alt Press, Kerrang!, Rock Sound, and idobi, cementing Arrows in Action as ones to watch in the next gen pop-rock scene.
