Mike Posner’s global hit “I Took A Pill In Ibiza (SeeB Remix)” has officially conquered the UK today, reaching #1 on The Official UK Top 40 Singles Chart. Tonight, the Detroit-native singer/songwriter/producer will make his TV debut on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He’s been on the road this month in support of “I Took A Pill In Ibiza (SeeB Remix)” and The Truth (Remixes) EP (Island Records). Watch the video for the song below.
Posner released his debut album, 31 Minutes to Takeoff, on August 10, 2010. The album spun off three hit singles including the double-platinum Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 hit “Cooler Than Me” (over 49 million YouTube views to date); the platinum Top 10 follow-up “Please Don’t Go” (over 36 million YouTube views to date); and then “Bow Chicka Wow Wow.” Mike is also known for writing Grammy-nominated “Sugar” by Maroon 5 and “Boyfriend” by Justin Bieber, as well as co-writing songs for Pharrell, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Wiz Khalifa, Nelly, TI, Snoop Dogg, Avicii, Nick Jonas, and more.
