Hey Ocean! released their latest album, IS, in the U.S. earlier this year via Nettwerk Records. On IS, irresistible hooks entwine with dreamy keyboards and crystal clear guitars. Hey Ocean!-- Dave Vertesi [vocals/bass], Ashleigh Ball [vocals/flute], David Beckingham [vocals/guitar]--are three mischievous personalities who, when combined, form a dynamic live presence that keeps concertgoers captivated and on their feet. The band has been building their fervent live following since 2008 with countless tours across their native Canada, sharing the stage with artists like Family of the Year, Cat Empire, Xavier Rudd and Bedouin Soundclash. Their electrifying live show has also wowed audiences at various festivals, including the Calgary Virgin Festival, Saskatoon Jazz Fest, Whistler Arts Festival and, most recently, the Osheaga Music and Arts Festival.
