Directed by Justin Coloma, the official music video for "In The Air" was filmed in the Hollywood Hills and during last month's sold out performance at Avalon Hollywood. A collaboration with Sultan + Ned Shepard, BT and featuring Angela McCluskey on vocals, "In the Air" is the first single from Morgan Page’s upcoming studio album, set to drop early next year. Grammy-nominated remixer and producer Page has said that "In The Air" is a song about "the excitement of being in the moment," and the video sums it up perfectly.
Morgan Page is currently touring in support of “In the Air,” which has exploded since its debut, reaching #1 at Billboard Hot Dance Airplay Chart. On October 11th, Page released a six song EP of “In The Air." Check it out below:
Morgan Page appears in Billboard Magazine’s “Happening Now” section, the magazine’s spotlight for artists on the rise. The anthemic “In The Air,” a collaboration between Page, Sultan + Ned Shepard, BT and featuring Angela McCluskey on vocals, has exploded since its debut – reaching #1 at Billboard Hot Dance Airplay Chart.
“In The Air” is Page’s first #1 hit, despite a long history of Top 10 successes. Believe--Page’s 2010 follow up to Elevate, which featured break-out single "Longest Road" and fellow chart topper "Call My Name"-- continues to be a fixture on the iTunes Dance Albums chart with two former Billboard Hot Dance Airplay hits: “Fight For You” and “Strange Condition.”

Ladytron has released a new music video for current single, “Mirage,” from the critically successful, Gravity The Seducer, out now. Co-directed by Michael Sherrington & Ladytron’s Daniel Hunt, the music video was filmed at the remote Standing Stones Of Callanish on the Isle Of Lewis.
In step with the overall cinematic vision of Gravity The Seducer, both directors were explicit in the intended aesthetic of the video and intentionally selected the megalithic monuments. Presumably older than Stonehenge, the monoliths’ enigmatic, magical quality and its surrounding landscape is the perfect visual accompaniment to “Mirage.”
Having spent countless hours on the road surrounded by tasteless, cheap lagers, The Rifles decided it was time to create a beer they really enjoyed and that their fans could drink along with them.
Following an extensive tasting and testing session at the brewery, the band were able to draw up detailed notes, from which the Master Brewer was able to put the brewing process in motion. Several weeks later, after approving the very first drops straight from the barrel, The Rifles had crafted their own signature beer. Served cold in 330ml bottles, ‘The General’ comprises a combination of Maris Otter Pale malt and fine wheat malt, to give this refreshing beer real zest.
“As massive fans of their music, we were excited to work with The Rifles, and I’m extremely pleased with the end product. The band got really involved in the process, which is represented in the quality of the beer and the brilliant label artwork they produced,” said Sam McGregor, Director at Signature Brew.
The beer will be available to buy at The Rifles webstore. More retail outlets TBA. For more information on Signature Brew and wholesaling, visit: www.signaturebrew.co.uk.
Old Crow Medicine Show’s “Wagon Wheel,” the break-out single from their 2004 debut album O.C.M.S., has been certified GOLD® by the RIAA®, with sales nearing 600,000 digital tracks. To celebrate, the band will release a “Wagon Wheel” Limited Edition 7” Vinyl on November 22, 2011.
Originally sketched by Bob Dylan and later finished by Old Crow Medicine Show’s Ketch Secor, "Wagon Wheel" remains the band's most revered and top-selling single. The 7" vinyl will be numbered and feature a previously unreleased b-side, "All Night Long" (Live). To pre-order the “Wagon Wheel” Limited Edition 7” Vinyl, visit: http://amzn.to/uv62qG.
Secor reflects on the history of “Wagon Wheel”:
“Wagon Wheel” is a gold record 75 years in the making. Back in 1995, I first heard Bob Dylan sing that striking chorus on his unfinished 1972 studio outtake of “Rock Me Mama”. Being an audacious, banjo-picking teenager, I quickly rattled off three verses and rushed it out to coffeehouses and street corners, singing it to anyone who would listen. In 2003, seeking a copyright to the song, I learned that Dylan had credited it to Memphis songster Arthur “Big Boy” Crudup, who recorded the 1950’s boogie-woogie number “Rock Me Mama.” From there, I learned that Crudup attributed the song to Mississippi-turned-Chicagoan Big Bill Broonzy, who recorded it way back in the late 1920’s. So, from Big Bill to Big Boy to Bob and on down to me, “Wagon Wheel” has become a true American folksong, borrowed, half-stolen, and sung out far and wide. The rest, as they say, is history.
“Sliding seamlessly between catchy pop, folky arrangements and soaring melodies the tunes are captivating and cinematic, yet manage to seamlessly straddle the line between comfortable commercialism and indi-edgy…deliciously original and creative.”
